Nor would I as per our terms and conditions ~~~The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.)~~~But I did do everything that i could to get your vehicle into Jackson, WY. But like i told you many times, that is a VERY difficult delivery location. And since noone was able to meet the driver at a different delivery location I was unable to finalize with a carrier with in your timeframe. When a route is as difficult as yours is sometimes it does take longer then we anticipate to get everything to work out. Again I appologize that I was unable to get your vehicle moved with in your timeframe but I also feel a 0 star is unfair since it was not my customer service that failed it was just a bad route.
