The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful initially which is why I went with this company. They had a hard time finding a carrier for my car, so it ended up getting picked up over a week later than the original pick-up date and it cost $120 more than originally thought. Cascade offered to pay $50 worth that increase which I appreciated but I felt like I was left in the dark a bit about what was going on. Overall though, the staff was very nice. After my car was delivered (which took the amount of time alloted and came in great shape), I emailed Cascade numerous times about how to get my $50 rebate but no one answered me... I finally figured it out for myself!
