Kim was great in assisting me throughout the entire process of shipping my vehicle from Texas to Oregon. When we were having trouble with one of the carriers, she was quick to find someone else. Kim stayed in contact with me, as well with my contact person in Texas. I never had any trouble getting ahold of her, and the other associates were also friendly that I had spoken with. I would recommend Cascade, and specifically working with Kim.
