When you got a “quote” in 2008 you did give us permission to look for carrier. If you didn’t give us that permission we wouldn’t have the pick up or delivery location. When you told us you didn’t want us to pick up your car we cancelled the carrier. The carrier went out and picked up the vehicle anyway. It was your and your pick ups responsibility to make sure you released to the proper carrier of the company you actually wanted to pick up. We cancelled the carrier as per your request, after that yes it did become a mess. Unfortunately for you we did end up transporting your vehicle even if it was through a pick up from the carrier after we cancelled. You are responsible to pay the bill of the services owed. We provided a service and the bill must be paid or it will stay on your credit report.
