I was pleased with Cascade's promptness in responding to my questions and issues with the actual carrier. The carrier had a few issues getting me my vehicle at the location and time they had promised, but a single call back to Cascade resolved everything. They were very upfront about the carrier's requirements and there were few surprises. I would definitely use them again if needed. Their professionalism and responsiveness was excellent.
