I was in a jam because another carrier wasn't giving me confidence that their low rate would be taken by any truck drivers. I was given a quote for 3 cars to be shipped to Texas from California and it was nearing the date when I hoped it would be picked up because the average is about 5 days to delivery. So I went with Cascade and they explained to me how this business works. While the rate was a few hundred dollars higher than the $2150 quoted by the first company, I felt assured that I would be taken care of because it's more along the lines with the current gas prices and I had to pay no deposit, which I did with the first company and am receiving hassles to get it back.
Bottom line, I liked their service and recommended it to my other friends moving 6 cars to Austin. They will also be getting their cars in a timely manner through Cascade's help.
