I was very impressed with the transport company that Cascade used for transporting my car. They picked up the car as promised and delivered even earlier than promised. Cascade however, gave me a quote and as soon as I accepted, their original bid, their price went up by $400. I had to get my car to Austin by a certain date so I went ahead and used them anyway.

In regards to cost going up, you failed to mention how you double booked yourself and in fact had been assigned to this exact same carrier with another broker for $50.00 more. Because of our preferred status with the carrier he not only chose to work through us, he gave you a $50.00 discount on an order he already had been promised more !
