Sarah M. and the other ladies I spoke with at Cascade Vehicle Shipping were great and very prompt and responsive. I had never shipped a vehicle before and found the transport review site by Google search. Definitely a great site to find vehicle transport. I read numerous reviews before selecting Cascade. Based on the great reviews and the fact that they were a local company in my state of Washington, I selected them. They had a quote and selected carrier identified within a few days. I had contacted Cascade approximately 4 weeks before I needed my vehicle picked up and they responded back quickly with a quote of $995 and within a few days after I had contacted them they told me Express Delivery was the transport carrier that would be picking up my vehicle. I searched the transport review website for this carrier to check their service ratings. I found a very negative review for Express Auto Delivery out of Cedar Rapid, IA and immediately contacted Cascade to see if this was the same transport carrier. Cascade said Express Delivery was out of Spokane, WA and that they did not use this other Express Auto Delivery. Coincidentally though, I noted a similar occurrence upon receipt of my vehicle in Florida as that by Beverly Roy's review for Express Auto Delivery out of Cedar Rapids, IA on 3/17/08. I would definitely go with Cascade again but not if Express Delivery, Spokane, WA was the carrier. The passenger seat had been moved to a fully reclined position and the AC was set at 67 degrees. Not sure what actually happened along the way or who may have been in my vehicle while intransit. Realizing the pickup date was an estimate provided by Cascade, we had a slight hiccup with the carrier showing up a day after the requested pickup date of April 9th since I was en route to Florida on April 10th. I gave Cascade my husband's cell phone no. to relay to the carrier but the carrier was still calling my cell phone. Lucklily my husband was able to leave work and meet up with the carrier with my vehicle. Next time I would allow an extra day for pickup in case the carrier is a day late after the estimated pickup date.
