As Cascade mentioned in their web site - it takes 1-14 day to schedule a vehicle pick-up after requested. In my case it took about 8 days to pick up the vehicle from the day I created an order with Cascade. The person I talked on Cascade side was Kim. She was very polite and very professional in dealing. I was little anxious and might have called 5-6 times in those eigth days but she was sweet all the time. I would give great marks to her for great customer service.
The quote I got from Cascade was not the lowest of all but rating at transportreviews made me chose Cascade. I got a call from Kim after five days that there is transporter available to move the car and he is asking for $130 more than the quote but it is a enclosed vehicle. That is Great Deal!!! I asked her what is their experience with that transporter - Kim told me their previous experience has been very good. I agreed to the new quote as it was an steal for an enclosed transport vehicle.
Also, I would like to mention that I changed my delivery address from home to office and it was handled very professional by cascade. They reply to the email very promptly.
The transport driver Robert was also very courteous and I could say my whole experience was Excellent
