I contacted Cascade shipping in regards to shipping my 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Clone. I completed the online quote and I then contacted Diane Seely. She was professional and answered all my questions that I had. The Mustang was coming from Pharr, Texas (pretty close to the US/Mexico border). Diane had originally had a truck lined up to pick it up from there but the trucking company back out last minute. It should have been picked up on April.2. Diane worked hard to get another trucking company to pick it up from Pharr, Texas. Diane had the Mustang picked up on April.9. The seven day delay did not bother me. I had contact with the driver when he picked up the Mustang, and several different times until the Mustang was delivered. The delay in shipping was not a problem for me.
My quote was $1085, and I paid a $35 deposit when the vehicle was picked up. The only problem I had was when the driver delivered the vehicle said I was $50 short. I understand that the vehicle came from a distance but I was quoted $1085 and I paid the $35 deposit, I should have only given the driver $1050 not $1100. Other than that the vehicle was in great shape, it was just dirty from all the travel in an open carrier.
I would recommend using Cascade shipping!!!
