I'm honestly highly impressed, overall, the service delivered by Cascade Vehicle Shipping is something I would recommend to anyone. The customer service representative Diane was referred to me by a friend, and I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. She was extremely knowledgeable, and made the transaction seem as if it were her own vehicle. Diane took the proper steps to make sure that the vehicle was picked up on a date that worked with my not-so-flexible schedule. The experience is one that I will not forget, she called or contacted me by email on a very regular basis, all the way up to the day of pick-up, then continued to call throughout the days in which the car was in transport. I was also contacted by the driver of the vehicle carrier, and he was extremely prompt, and careful, ensuring that the vehicle was received in the condition that it did, which was excellent. The vehicle has a very low ground-clearance, and he ensured that the car did not scrape or hit anything when unloading it. Overall, the experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was amazing, I would not hesitate to do business with them again, with any vehicle, no matter the worth.
