After reviewing the consumer ratings of all the companies that provided quotes, I decided to contact Cascade. From the very beginning, my experience with Cascade was picture perfect. Everyone that I spoke to was very courteous, and provided me with the information necessary to make an informed decision. Kim took my order and she was my primary contact throughout the entire process. I first called Cascade on January 16th, the car was picked up on the 17th, and I was given an arrival date of the 29th. Not only did Kim do a great job of keeping me informed, in addition, my car arrived two days early than promised. Cascade made good on their commitment, and kept me informed every step of the way, my thanks to both Cascade and Kim for a job well done!
