I was very pleased with the service provided by Kim at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I needed to get my Corolla from Illinois to Massachusetts immediately. Not knowing where to begin to look for a reliable company, I sought advice from my car salesman Mike at Oak Lawn Toyota whose opinion I greatly respect. He researched nine companies and said he was impressed with Kim at Cascade and ,therefore, he would recommend that I look closely at Cascade. I did my follow-up research and agreed with Mike that Casade looked the best in terms of reliabilty and cost. I am so glad I chose Cascade. Kim kept in constant contact with me from the time I placed the order until after my car was delivered. I felt my car was being carefully handled throughout the entire trip. I felt reassured with Kim giving me calls to check in on the progress. The transporter, Lenny Auto and Transport, Inc., was great . Because of the narrow winding streets where the car was to be delivered, we agreed to have the car delivered at a large commerical parking lot near by. When the transporter arrived, he called, told us where he was , and waited while my nephew walked to the lot to get it. Kim called shortly afterward to make sure that the car had arrived and was in perfect condition. We could not ask for better service. If you are looking for confidence in knowing that your car is being safely transported, if you want ongoing contact with the progress of your car, if you want to be treated with courtesy, contact Kim at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Oh, the price was right too: paying $639 to have my car safely transported was much better than trying to drive it across country in the middle of winter.
