After 18 wasted days with another transporter, I made a change. Having been contacted by many other transporters, Kate seemed the most interested, friendly, & personable. She appeared truly caring and found a carrier w/i several days. The car was picked up on time and delivered early. I can't say enough good things about Kate and the service I received. Bob
