My experience with Cascade started with Rebecca following up on my quote request. She called me only a couple hours after I asked for a quote and was so warm and convincing I decided right then and there that she'd be my shipper. I had received quotes from around 30 other companies as well, but it was Rebecca's electric personality that sold me.

I had several small issues with my transport, which were completely due to my timing constraints, but Rebecca was able to work around both my schedule and hiccups. Every time I touched based with her she assured me she would do whatever she could and let me know that she could work around whatever schedule I needed. Once I was finally able to place my order, she acted quickly. My car was in a remote area of Maine, but Rebecca worked her magic and got me in the queue.

Between her gregarious and "do anything for the customer" attitude, every single interaction with her became not only a joy, but something I actually looked forward to having. She even went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of when she had to be with a family member at the hospital. Customer care and family are number 1 to this woman!

If the uppers at Cascade are reading this, please compensate this woman by adding more 0's to her salary. She puts her heart and soul into what she does and is 100 percent the reason I chose Cascade as a company. She goes over and beyond.

Thanks for an amazing experience. If I ship again or refer someone to a shipping company, Rebecca and Cascade will be first on my list.
