The overall experience with Cascade was very positive and I would definitely use again. I called 5- 7 different providers and Damon Lucky was exceptionally helpful and responsive. In short, he helped me navigate quoting, scheduling, and fair pricing with a firm commitment on price (vs. a quote that could lead to an ordering price).

The actual delivery of my vehicle was acceptable (not ideal) in terms of logistics of drop-off time, notification of pick-up, etc.; but the car was delivered safely & intact. It came through mountains and snow storms so it was definitely dirty, but seems reasonable for an open transport.

I was certainly not quite sure how things were going to go here in the begining. Usually we do not arrange for a carrier prior to a client booking thier order with us. After our enitial conversation I could tell that you really needed to know when the pickup date would be, and that we could get this shipment done for you before you would place the order. I was able to find a Carrier for you almost immediately and then it was smooth sailing from there.
