Malia is very helpful and knowledgeable on the process. She's clear and not pushy about the transaction which I appreciate since this is the first time we've ever shipped a vehicle and I need to know the process in detail. The shipping company is great, too (Matson), both on the outbound and the receiving end. I dropped the car off as instructed and went very well.

The only reason I didn't rate 100% 5 star is that I was the one who followed up with the shipper at the receiving end to see if the car got there. I wasn't sure if Malia is supposed to contact me and let me know and never got a call. It would have been nice for her to follow up after it got there to let me know. Maybe we were too anxious and had to find out for ourselves to ensure it got there fine.
