Cascade was reasonably priced and my experience with Jeff Newell was positive. He stayed with the process from pick-up time through a follow-up call after delivery. I had an issue not with Cascade but with the transport company (Skyline Express) and Jeff and Christine were attentive when I called them and took up the problem with Skyline to sort it out. They also called me back promptly to inform me they sorted out the issue. I would suggest they not use Skyline again.
