Kim at Cascade auto transport did a great job of fully explaining any costs associated with my move and was always available to answer any questions I had. They were the only company I talked to that answered the phone every single time I called. I talked to multiple competitors on the phone or through email but several would not call me back or I always had to leave a message and someone would call me back, not what I wanted before they even had my vehicle. I would get emails throughout the entire process that kept me fully informed on what was developing all the way to delivery. Pricing was better than several competing companies I talked to and nothing was charged until my vehicle was safely loaded and in transit. Cascade would also call me to ensure the carrier was on time and taking care of al my needs. The carrier that cascade used was on time and had my vehicle across country a day early without any issues. Great first time experience moving across country and I will absolutely use cascade for any future moves. Highly recommended!
