I had to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania. I had not shipped a vehicle in some time, so I was a little apprehensive. Cascade explained the whole process and made it very transparent. Don was helpful, answered all of my questions and booked me with a reputable and reliable carrier within six hours. The vehicle was picked up and delivered within the stated time frames which were reasonable. I also found the rate of $1241 to be competitive. Don followed up every step of the way and was always accessible. The process was simple and straightforward. I could not have asked for more. I would use Cascade again and recommend them to friends and family.
