Disappointed AND dishonest!!! ON REBATE

I am particularly writing this review to express my serious concern about this company especially Jeff Newell who promised many things and did nothing. I have waited 9 month for the rebate to arrived in my mailbox but all I hear from this guy is that I have to write an excellent review before he could do anything. He made me do that twice, but where is my rebate??? Also before few hours of the loading of the car he tried to renegotiate the original price trying to take advantage of my situation by giving me lame excuses about the drivers asking for more money.

In the end he even stopped responding to my emails and this is what i got from his boss - Kimberly -... 'See below.. very upset customer' when I finally expressed my frustration about the whole process.

I have given up on my rebate, but as a matter of principle it is just NOT fair to make a deal and not do it. IT IS CALLED LYING.

Yonas, thank you first off for taking the time to leave a review. As stated in the email sent to you last week, your rebate check was processed and sent on 6/30. The check number was 3596 and I have personally seen the photocopy of this check with your name clearly on it. Please check through your mail and also as previously stated, let us know if it didn't make it through the mail and we will be more than happy to issue a replacement check. We appologize for giving the appearance that we are a company that lies to our customers, but I assure you that is not the case. Please reply to one of the emails sent to you this last week regarding your rebate, as I cannot address the issue if you are not in direct contact with us and we are not aware of lost mail.
