I booked a transport with Carmoza LLC and then had to cancel; however soon after I needed to rebook a reservation and Carmoza's Manager (Pedro) and Contact person (Andrea) honored the terms of my first booking and provide complete follow up and excellent customer service. Within one hour I rebooked my transport and was given my driver's information. I am a Vice President of a company with 7600 employees and if my employees provided the same customer service as that given by Carmoza LLC I'd be a very happy V. P. I look confidently forward to my upcoming vehicle transport next week and will post another post-transport review upon completion.
