I would highly recommend using this company. I was actually taking care of this matter for my son. Tracie contacted me on a Friday, and everything was set up for the following Saturday at my request because I lived in a different state. She called the next day with the name and phone number of the driver. I contacted him to tell him what time I would arrive for the pick up. The driver and I kept in constant contact. The day of the pickup, Roger our driver arrived on time, performed the inspection, took pictures of the car, very gently loaded the car and was on the way, in less than 30 minutes. Now, that is what I call service. Roger initally said that he would have the car to my son on Wednesday at the latest and Tuesday at the earliest. However, Monday morning he called to inform me that he would have the car to my son before 5:00 that day. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he was able to get the car moved. Due to the fact that this car was transported from Detroit, MI to Denver, CO. So, needlessly to say we were extremely pleased with the move, and plan to use this company for future moves.
