We are sorry you had a poor (and very strange) experience with the contracted carrier, however, the reviews posted about Carmoza on this site should relate directly to the service you received from the employees in our offices. Our records indicate that you placed your order with us on 9/14 with a first available pick up date of 9/15. We normally require about 5 business days to arrange for a carrier, but we were able to dispatch your order on 9/15 and the carrier picked up your vehicle on 9/20. Our customer service communicated all of the details of your transport and kept in contact with the driver throughout the transport to ensure the timely delivery of your vehicle. We do keep detailed records of our networked carriers and only continue to use those who meet our customer's and Carmoza's high levels of service. Although your experience with this carrier is unfortunate, we would have appreciated it if you acknowledged the fact that Carmoza lived up to everything we promise to our customers.
