On pick up, driver could not find address (it is an easy address to find with any GPS). Additionally, he did not follow company procedure to call dispatch for assistance when he was lost. Eventually, we had to tell the driver to remain at his location and we would deliver the car to him. We had to drive to the next town to deliver the car to the driver (Trucking Company was Axial Transport Inc.). We followed up with our contact at Car Transport Express with little satisfaction. However, they did insist that the delivery experience would be better. Vehicle delivery was late, delivered in 6 days, and not the suggested 3 to 5 days. Overall price was average compared to other transport companies. I might consider giving these folks another change in the future.
