Well first of all this company never found a carrier, I was told John salas there would defiantly be a truck ready to transport my No operational car in 2-4 days. He was so convincing that The person was on alert on those days to be ready for transport. Well a truck was never assigned. i called and the dispatch was honest and told it like it was. I decided to cancel before contract was expired. Money was refunded promptly and someone was always there to answer the phone. Again the car is no operational. Anyway I found a enclosed transport service for 200$ more.
