This story ends like many stories I read on this website. My contacts were very nice on the phone. My attraction to this company is they have their own trucks for most deliveries. This company wasn't the least expensive, but I went with them as I was comfortable with them.

From the time I said "go", I was promised they were tryting to find a truck to move my car in the time I needed it. Rachel turned me over to George. Both agents were very professional and courteous. The final issue was George couldn't locate the driver as the driver wasn't returning his calls - for three days. I had a time constraint of getting the car to my home as I had some travel coming up. I ended up cancelling with Car Transport Express and going with a reputable company.

They also took my $150 deposit, although they said they would only do this once the truck was dispatched. I had to fill a form out to get my deposit back. It has been over a week and I still don't have my credit.

I'm not sure who at Car Transport Express is ultimately to blame for this mishap, but I won't use this company for my next car move. I'll let you know when (and if) I get my depost back.
