A terrifying move for once gone right!!!

I have never moved more than 20 minutes from home and when I do it's literally from one point on east coast ALL the way to Seattle, WA. Everything about this move was mortifying with theft and damages and over pricing with hidden fees. Since I feared all the reviews on numerous sites including the BBB I figured I would pick a company that in truth just rubbed me right when talking via email and phone. Most companies gave me that desperation tone, where they just HAD to have my money but couldn't give me definites on a single thing, but right from day one of talking to Neil he was awesome. I let him know was shopping around. He was understanding. I had basic questions like "are you a broker" and "can you give a near exact date of pick up/drop off"... Neil was extremely informative. This was the first company who didn't give me a 10-20 day pick up window. They gave me a one day window which ended up being picked up roughly 36 hours late due to weather on the east coast. However, even late they stayed in perfect touch with my mother to pick up my car from her. I was told it would take 8-10 days to arrive at Seattle excluding Sundays... that was a huge exaggeration as to my amazing surprise they picked up the car at 1 am Saturday and it was delivered to me that Thursday at 8 pm!!!! Those drivers DRIVE let me tell you and again, everyone stayed in perfect touch with me the WHOLE way through.

Being as I worked in auto insurance I made sure my car insurance carrier knew what was going on in case of any damages and to cover all traces... but yet again, to my pleasant surprise, not a scratch. My car was moved around on the truck from spot to spot (loaded on the bottom last spot and delivered to me from the bottom middle spot) but even so, not a scratch and NOTHING missing in my car. Heck, even the xm radio was still in the glove box!!!! The car was however covered in dirt and oil dripping from the above cars, but nothing a good car wash didn't clean up.

Also, the deposit was cheap and upon arrive the driver preferred cash (made me weary) but professionally and wonderfully provided a receipt. Just another example of honesty, good service and professionalism!!!!

I am beyond pleased with Neil and this company and will gladly any day any time recommend them and use them again if needed! Rock on Car Transport Express!!!!!! :)
