This is my first time having a car ship, but it's a jungle out there on how to do this.

The company promised to deliver for $900, but later cannot find any driver/shipper.
Then the company asked me to add $100 because no driver/shipper would do the job for less than $1000.
I asked them to eat the additional cost from what they promised me, because as customer I do not need to care on how they get the driver. It turned out they are only a broker (middle man), not a shipper.
I'm so frustrated in negotiating but then I hesitantly agreed to split the cost me/company: $75/$25.

so the broker company take $100, and the shipper take $875 in total of $975.
It is better if you can deal with shipper directly.

Most shipper only take cash/certified fund like COD (collect on delivery).

In the middle of all this, I found this transport reviews to help new customer to not being cheated on.
