My story is similar to everyone else's...

Paid for my move ahead of time in full (I know, it was stupid.) Didn't hear from them for a week and my car needed to ship out. I called them to cancel my order, and the phone number provided was out of service. All of a sudden, I felt like I was in the movie "The Sting." I then emailed to cancel my order with them and request a refund. It was only after this that someone from a local towing company finally contacted me to schedule pickup of my car. I spoke with Clint personally, and he advised me that I would be penalized $250 for cancelling my order after a truck had been assigned, even though I was never made aware of this. After some thought, I realized it wasn't worth a fight so I agreed to the cancellation fee, and they agreed to refund my balance of $645 back to my credit card. Well, it's now been month, I repeatedly e-mail their customer service, and I have yet to receive my money back.

These people are CROOKS! Do not ever, under any circumstance, do business with them.
