Late and damaged!

I shipped my car with Car Moving Systems early in 2013. They estimated the delivery to be 10-12 days between Halifax and Edmonton, it actually took 21 days. My car sat in Edmonton for four days before being delivered the final 500 km and the delivery driver charged me $52.50 for the storage fee while the car sat in Edmonton. The car was extremely dirty and when I washed the car (sprayed it off at a car wash, no scrubbing) I noticed damage to the rear bumper. I contacted the company to see what compensation they would offer for the late delivery and the damage and they offered me $100 for my patients and they offered to pay back the storage fee. I declined this offer as I believed that they should pay for the damage. They declined and I contacted the BBB. The company again disputed my claim and offered no further compensation. The BBB closed the file because the company was unwilling to make an offer of compensation. I contacted the company to tell them to keep my $52.50 and that I would take every opportunity to let people know the terrible service I received. They told me that they would send me the $52.50 and if I was going to tell people my story they would sue me for defamation of character. They have yet to send the $52.50. Does this seem like a company that you want to deal with? I will never use their service again!
