Cat was terrific. I had never shipped a car before and I had no idea what too expect. Cat was patient with my rambling and explained the whole procedure. I had already spoken with three other brokers but Cat made me feel like it was a personal job and that *my* car was important to *her*. Less than 10 minutes after I told her I was going with Capitol Auto, I received an e-mail from her confirming and less than an hour later I received a call from the transporter to schedule the pick up for the next morning. Pick up was smooth and easy. The driver was on time, professional and very nice. On the delivery side, a snafu (completely our fault, not the transporter) had me making a slightly panicked call to Cat late on a Friday night with questions about logistics as I was not able to reach the transporter. She called me back Saturday to answer my questions about the pick up. I truly appreciated the round-the-clock care from the broker. The rest of the pck up went well.

I was so worried about the whole process but Cat really put my mind at ease. Communication was excellent and if I ever ship a car again, I will most definitely call Capitol Auto again. The cost was one of the lowest quoted to me but more importantly, the service was top notch quality.
