I would call Capitol Auto Transport EVERY time based on the excellent service I got.
Kat is the best, I called at 12 noon, she got back to me with a carrier at 12:15 !
I wasnt available to meet that deadline so I had to pass...Kat called me back at 2 pm the same day with another carrier for pickup the next day.
Goodfellows transport what can I say but thank you. The driver (Roger) gave me his cell #, we were in communication throughout the delivery process. At the final destination point, there was an over zealous security guard that was giving my friends wife who was meeting the vehicle a hard time, Roger stayed with her and the vehicle until it was secure, talk about customer service !
This is the first time I have moved a vehicle, I knew nothing about the process. I chose Capitol based on the information they provided on their website. They explain how the industry works and expose any red flags, just reading the detail gave me a sense of securtiy, then after reading their reviews I called. Their price was among the best I got from 8 other brokers.
