What a nightmare! This foreign speaking man, possibly Polish or Russian, came to pick up my car. He was supposed to arrive around 9am in the morning. He showed up about 6:30 pm that night. His name was Chester - he had NO idea how to back up a trailer attached to a dooley - it was sad. He became very irrate and started cursing at me - it was horrible! He would not talk to the broker, he just screamed at me that he was not taking the car and sped away leaving me standing in the middle of the road. This happened over Labor Day weekend and I had them scheduled for almost a month. I drove all the way to SC to meet the driver and this happens. I was left to find another trucking company in less than 48 hours!

Chester was yelling so loud - the neighbors came out of their houses. It was so embarrassing. Please do not use this company - You will certainly live to regret it! They are out of Sarasota, FL.

A foot note - NO ONE ever called me from this company . . .Don't you think they would wonder why the car was not picked up??? Truly awful experience!
