I had a car shipped from Baltimore to Los Angeles. The salesman was very clear up front with the method of payment and the breakout of the deposit and final payments. The pickup was to be on a Friday or Saturday and we were told delivery would be 7 to 10 days later. On Saturday my sister received a call from the driver saying he was running late. He was about 140 miles away. The pickup took place on Sunday. The driver was very friendly, and confirmed the payment amounts, and expected delivery date range.

I called the local Los Angeles office on Thursday to see if they were on schedule. They were very friendly. I was told the driver should be in Friday evening, oh wait, there are two deliveries in Phoenix, better check in Saturday around 9 am. I got a call Friday evening and told the car was in and they would deliver it to my house Saturday between 11 am and 2 pm. I went over with them where I lived and they said it wouldn't be any problem. I was expecting to have to travel to their office to pick it up on Saturday, otherwise wait for delivery on Monday or Tuesday. Got another call Saturday saying they were on their way and would be here around 2 pm. At 2 pm they pulled up and gave me a call to let me know the driver was there. He unloaded the car and put it in my driveway, I signed their delivery paper after checking the car over, gave the driver the cashiers check, and the driver then left. He was very friendly and seemed to know just what he was doing. The car was iin the same condition as it was when it was picked up (except it really needed a bath). I had a couple things in the trunk and they were still there as well.

I could not ask for a better experience.
