CAA was contracted through our broker Red Carpet (for which i also gave 5 stars). Steve called and said our daughter's car would be picked up on Tuesday between 1:00 and 4:00. Tuesday the driver called to say he would be at the designated pick up spot at 1:20 and he was (as our streeet wss too narrow for a pick up at our house, we agreed to a convenient location. CAA even offerd to give our daughter $10.00 to take a cab home to make up for not being able to come to our house!) The due delivery date was to be Thursday of the following week. Much to our surprise and delight, the driver called on Tuesdeay, 2 days early-to say he could deliver the car. He stayed in touch with us as he made his way through LA to give us the time of his arrival. The car was on a flatbed and delivered right to the door. The car was fine an just a little dusty (but wasn't clean when we dropped it off) We would highly recommend CAA and would request that Red Carpet use them again should we ever need to ship another car.
