Don't use Bridge Auto Haul if you care about your car.

My car was promptly picked up in California by Jorge. When I asked him how long it will take to arrive in Illinos, he said, "about a week unless something happens." Great way to instill confidence in your customer, Jorge. The whole time my car was being shipped, I never was contacted by Jorge as to where he was and when I would see my car. I had to call him several times to find out when he was going to be dropping my car off. I called him today (Tuesday) at 9:30 A.M. and he told me he was in Illinois. He told me he would be at my house in about 2 hours. It is now 4:00 P.M. and he has not yet arrived nor has he called me. I will never use this company again and this also reflects poorly on U First Auto Transport who was the broker. If U First Auto Transport was smart, they would not use Bridge Auto Haul.
