Shipping a motorcycle

I planned to have my motorcycle picked up in California for few months in advanced. Trying to get all possible details lined up to not mess up anything. Many emails and phone calls with James (the agent at that company) and all the time I got talked to him he made excuses or gave me vague instructions but was telling that this is easy and i should not worry.
When the day to picked up arrive, even calling with few days in advance to be prepared, he said everything is ready. the previous day to the pick up he said to arrange for a time and place, but this person james took me like 3 or 4 calls to reach to him. On the day of arrival he still did not have a person to pick up the motorcycle. I had to call him several times the day of pick up but nothing, and he ends up telling that to choose a different day for the pick up to which was crazy because that was the day i had to fly out.
I had to end up calling last minute to a different company and they arranged it everything but you know, last minute calls cost so much more, i would say too much. This guy james was making stupid excuses all the time and blaming it on me for not being able to have a different day option. As i mention before, so many calls arranging for that day and last minute he tells me to arrange for other day. This guy lied to me so much, made so many stupid excuses and his atitude was so rude and when he did not know what to say ask me for a minute and call me back but he never did, and when i tried to call him back, he never picked up big liar, big huge piece of liar.
He told me if they did not pick up the motorcycle I would get my deposit back, I ask specifically this because I was planing for this for few months in advanced and i never knew what could happen if that trip did not happen, so i specifically asked that liar if i will get refund to which he positively told me he would give me my money back. After i got back to my location, and sent the motorcycle with a different company, I called him several times again to finally be able to talk to him and ask for my refund. After many minutes of listening to his rudeness he told me that was going to pass this onto a different department in order for them to give me my deposit back.
Dont be surprise they never called me or anything. They just want me/you to get tired of calling and keep the money.
Exactly thats what they want, you get tired of calling so they keep the money.
I would never recommend this company to anyone specially if this guy James talks to you, just ask to speak with a different agent as this guy is an extremely liar and rude, once he gets the deposite he will not care about you anymore.
I still dont have my deposit back, they stole from me big time.
I am not sure who responds to this comments but all i see in other people comments are just excuses. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, ALL THEY DO IS LYING SO THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY
