I am giving them 2 stars because they did connect me with a great driver whose contact info is now in my phone. No stars for lying to me twice when I was standing with my driver who brought it to my attention. Also, I am getting endless emails because they did not remove my car from the transportation list that drivers looking for work use. I asked them to remove and they ignored this request.
