Scheduled to have a car picked up on a friday afternoon, paid $200 upfront and was told I would pay the other $400 to the driver at the time of delivery. And that the driver would call day of to give a 2 hour window. Pickup day around 4PM I still hadn't heard anything from the driver and called "Danny K" at Big Ben's Auto. I told him the issue and he said he would look into it and give me a call back in 5 minutes. Never heard a word after that. Tried calling a half dozen times and after a few rings was sent to voicemaill every time. Tried several different numbers for this "business" and was sent to voicemail each time. Will be pursing legal action.
