this woman was a problem from the beginning, her daughter indicated to us that her mother was a little eccentric and not to pay much attention to her. the car was leaking in the inside, therefore we had decided to send the car by rail [fully enclosed] to protect the vehicle, this is why it took so long.we never added anything extra, possibly a fuel surcharge which is clearly stated in our contract. the customer refused to sign the contract after numerous requests.
