I had spoken to Jim back in March of 2017. We had set up everything for pick-up on May of 2017. When the date arrived he kept pushing back the pick-up date. He kept my deposit of $125 and did not provide any type of service. I had to look for another transportation company. Best Direct Shipping should NOT be in business. I usually do not leave a review but I had to this time in order to warn others about this company. I ended up using Stateway Auto Transport. If you are going to use Best Direct Shipping, be prepared to never get your vehicle transported.
