I put my request to receive my quote and all hell broke loose. I was flustered with calls, emails, and whatnot. I ended up going with the best possible price and even used one company as a bargaining chip to try to get a lower quote. Well, I got that excellent price I asked for. I had been warned repeatedly by some brokers telling me the best price is not always the best deal but I thought that was a sales tactic because I was under the impression these where all honest companies. My car never ended up getting picked up by the company I went with. They charged my credit card $200.00 the same day. I made the booking which was kind of weird but being that I had a contract, I thought I was protected. After being back and forth with this joke of a company, Greg from BEST AUTO SHIPPER called me and told me that he had called me and left me a message about my shipping matter and asked how everything was going for me with that. I really didn't want to get into any other commitment with any other companies because I was still out $200.00. Greg explained what was the main problem; I was priced way too low on this particular route, told me he can get it done for $300.00 more and explained he did not want to make any extra money off me and that it was just extra money for the driver and that I will see that once the car is delivered. So I came on here and saw there was nothing but good reviews on his outfit. I called him back and set up a reservation. He took my credit card number and told me he will not charge it until the vehicle was picked up. Once I booked with Greg the other company magically called me back instantly saying that they had a driver but he wouldn't pick me up if they saw my vehicle posted with another company. I then asked so how come this driver hasn't picked up my car for the past two weeks and he gave me some lame excuse that the driver broke down and got delayed. I then told him I had no choice that if they had a driver to tell him to call me and give an ETA. I'm still waiting. Two days later a driver showed up to my front door just as Greg had told me, picked up my car and had it inn Nevada withing 7 days. Greg didn't even charge my card until two days after my car was picked up. Its good to know there are still honest companies out there who know the importance of honesty and value their customers as people and not credit card numbers. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK. I LOST $200.00 DOLLARS FOR ACTING LIKE I WAS SMARTER THAN EVERYONE AND NOT DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE. CHECK UP ON YOUR COMPANY AND IF THEY EVER CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT HAVING A DRIVER FOR YOU DISENGAGE BECAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU....BEST AUTO SHIPPER STANDS TRUE TO THEIR NAME....
