I have never bought a car from cross country before. I flew to Jacksonville to check out the car, and the dealer recommended Best Auto Movers. I came back to California and started research. This industry seems to be confusing since most are brokers. Best Auto Movers uses their own trucks. The car was picked up on a Monday and was tentatively scheduled to be delivered on the next Monday. The car arrived in Los Angeles on Friday and I got it on Saturday. The communication between Dina and myself went very well. This was mostly done by text, and she was generally very quick to respond, as well as sending updates. Once in California, the communication was taken over by the driver, Paul.
A previous reviewer mentioned sketchy ramps. The ramps that I saw on the truck were very stout and secure and looked like they could handle quite a bit of weight. The car was flawless.
My only suggestion to this company would be to have an easier to access website, ( since best auto movers .com is a company in Spokane) and an updated and Facebook page.
