Great delivery but

i would have been nice to have a little communication. The only attempt to communicate with me was after I called 3 days after pickup to get a status. Sounded like a back room operation on the phone. They answered "hello", no company name, no name etc. They had the driver call me Monday and said it would be a Wednesday morning delivery. Tuesday at 4 pm I had to call them to confirm the day AND time. The end result was my car picked up on time, delivered early and no issues what so ever. That does mean alot but they sure could make the experience a little less stressful by picking up the phone a few times.
