We apologize you feel that you did not receive 5 Star service from Bears Transport.
All scheduling needs were communicated to the carrier prior to dispatching and also on the dispatch sheet.
We advise you as we do all customers to call us 24 hrs ahead of each p/up and/or delivery to check the status of your vehicle.
We appreciate your business and hope to be able to offer you 5 Star Service as other customers have received , in the future.
