I recently had my car shipped form Maryland to the San Francisco Bay area.
Liz was very professional, and her communication skills were great. My car arrived a little late, but it was not her fault - snowstorms in the Sierra Nevada closed the highways. My car also arrived FILTHY (shell out the cash for covered transport, especially in the winter). The contract driver also charged me an extra $100 because my car was loaded with stuff. Apparently it is supposed to contain less than 100 pounds - I did not see this on my contract.
Aside from the exterior condition of my vehicle and slight tardiness, I would use Bears again. I would pay the extra cash for covered transport though.
