After talking with multiple companies and reading many reviews, I went with Bears to transport my BMW from NJ to AZ in an open carrier. As all the reviews indicated, Liz was professional, timely, and responsive. They are a broker, so a separate person called me about picking up the vehicle. The only hiccup was with the dispatcher for the truck- she was not as professional or responsive as Liz, but one call to Bears took care of everything. The car arrived early, the driver was professional, and the over-all experience was very good. Bears was not the cheapest quote, but I would use them again based on their reviews and my own experience.
