My son had used Bears before and was very happy with their service and price so naturally they were the first folks I called when I wanted to transport my Mini Cooper from Florida to Washington. The arrangements were simple. Just call Liz and she has everthing arranged within a few hours. It would have been sooner but I don't have a fax machine in my home in order to return the signed purchase order. There was a little concern when the pickup date was moved ahead by two days and I had to make sure someone would be there to meet the driver but at the same time I was happy to have Mini on her way. I was quoted 7 - 10 days for delivery and excited at the prospect of getting the car two days earlier than originally expected. At ten days no car and no call so I called Bears to follow up. They were right on it and kept me posted for the next two days that it took the car to get here. Ten days from the date first given at pickup but two days late from when the actual pickup took place. I knew it would be impossible for the truck to make it down the steep narrow road I live on but the driver found a place in walking distance to meet and delivery was made without a hitch. I was very happy overall and would use them again myself and recommend them highly to anyone else. Thanks Liz, Frank and especially Dmitri.
