First time shipping a car

I chose Bears Transport because of its good review. I needed to ship my daughter's car from TX to NY becasue she is relocating to a new job. I call Bears Transport and they schedule the pickup date on Tuesday. Bears called me on Tuesday and told me that the pickup was going to be delay to Wed. Then On Wed Bears call me and said that the pickup was not possible with the original transport company and Bears would try to find me someone else to tranport the car. I was worry because my daughter's flight back to NY is Thursday and Wed would be the last day the pickup is possible. Fortunately, Bears was able to find something to pickup the car in a couple of hour. The car was pickup Wed morning and the car arrives at NY on Friday. Communication was good and honest. Would use this company again. I would give a bad review if Bears haven't come thru in the last minute.
